If you haven’t cleaned out your medicine cabinet recently, now is as good a time as any to do so. There has been a large recall, as of late, of over-the-counter medicines, including Tylenol, Motrin and Benadryl. These products were all ones that were produced before January 15, 2010.

Certainly, if you find that you have medicines that fall under the recalled items, it’s time to throw them out and to refresh your supply. In addition, if you’ve had any side effects from taking medications, you should call the FDA MedWatch Program to report your issues.
